How to Use the
Rock Creek Gardens Unit Owner’s Portal

Available to unit owners ONLY. For information on how to get help if you are a renter/lessee, please click here.

Obtaining a username and password

To gain access, you need your condo account number (found on your monthly condo fee invoice) and a portal (registration) key. To request access, visit https://portal.abarisrealty.com/ and click on sign up.

  1. Click on the link to request a registration key.
  2. When you receive your registration key, revisit the sign-up link and continue the setup process.
  3. If you need help, please email portalhelp@abarisrealty.com. Please include your full name, address, and account number.
General Requests
Using the RCG portal (unit owners only)
  1. Log in to https://portal.abarisrealty.com/
  2. On the left menu, select Requests
    1. Confirm the property address and unit number
    2. Choose the type of request
    3. Billing question (Anything relating to account charges)
    4. General Question
    5. Service Request (General common element repairs and landscaping)
      1. Enter your subject and a detailed description of the service being requested
      2. Attach photos, files, etc. as needed
      3. Click the Submit Form
Emailing your request (unit owners only)
  1. You can use your email on file to submit requests
  2. Send your email to customercare@abarisrealty.com
Architectural Change Requests
(See Rule 3 – Architectural Standards)

  1. Log in to https://portal.abarisrealty.com/
  2. On the left menu, select Requests
    1. Select ARC Requests
      1. Complete the Architectural Change Application found in Rule 3
      2. Confirm the address shown in the Property block
      3. Follow the prompts
      4. Enter a subject
      5. Upload and submit the completed Architectural Change Request.
Viewing Request Status
  1. Log in to https://portal.abarisrealty.com/
  2. On the left menu, select Requests
  3. Choose My Items along the top of the page
