If you have been towed, call please call MTS at 301-585-1880. (The office can not assist in this matter!)

YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED IF:

  • A valid parking permit is not properly displayed
  • Tags are expired
  • A vehicle is parked in a no parking zone or fire lane
  • A resident’s vehicle is parked in a visitor space (EVEN IF A VALID VISITOR PERMIT IS DISPLAYED)

These rules have been adopted to benefit all residents of Rock Creek Gardens. Please do your part and avoid the expense and inconvenience of having your vehicle removed from the property.

And remember:

  • Owners are responsible for informing tenants or guest of the rules
  • Residents with more than one vehicle are required to park the second vehicle on the street, NOT IN A VISITOR SPACE!
  • No commercial vehicles may be parked on the property, unless they are police or contractor’s vehicles on site to provide service to the Association or a resident
  • Vehicle repairs are not permitted on the property
  • No junk vehicles, trailers, trucks, campers, house trailers, boats, ect are allowed to be parked or stored on the property
