Selling your unit
When the time comes for you to sell your unit, the Maryland Condominium Act requires that a Certificate of Resale be provided to the perspective purchaser after a contract has been entered into. This certificate must be requested in writing. Requests should be sent to the managing agent of the community. For more information on the managing agent, please see the contact us page.
The Condominium Act provides for a charge for preparing this document, payable to Zalco Realty, Inc. This charge may be adjusted in accordance with the statute. Please call the office for the current resale package price.
