When the time comes for you to sell your unit, the Maryland Condominium Act requires that a Certificate of Resale be provided to the perspective purchaser after a contract has been entered into. The Condominium Act provides for a charge for preparing this document, payable to Zalco Realty, Inc. This charge may be adjusted in accordance with the statute. Please call the office for the current resale package price.
